Foursquare for Blackberry Beta has been updated to Version 1.8.2.
The update brings us a new look as well as some new features – including a “copy venue info” feature.
Update Includes:
- Friends Page – Quickly see your own friends and discover new ones from your user profile page.
- Search – More prominent search. Now search is built into the top of the Places screen.
- “Me” Settings – Simplified user info & settings via the “Me” screen. You can now quickly manage friends, settings, and view your profile.
- My Check-in History – You can now view your check-in history from your “Me” screen.
- Connection – Improved connection support for a variety of carriers and corporate network configurations.
- UI – Updated UI including a unified look and feel.
- Small Tweaks & Fixes – foursquare is always listening to user feedback and making small fixes & tweaks along the way.

Google Sync has been updated and the new version is 0.7.3. It seems this update fixes a few bugs that were present in the prior version. You can grab the update from your device by heading to m.google.com/sync.

Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones has been available in a limited preview since February 11, 2010. The public beta version has now launched and includes new features based on preview user feedback:

Google Maps for Blackberry has been updated to Version 4.0.1. This new version includes a Google Buzz layer.
The layer can be turned on or off from the standard map, and you can now search by voice and use synchronized starring.
To download the update head to m.google.com/maps from your device.

TweetDeck, the popular desktop Twitter client will be coming to Blackberry in the near future. TweetDeck posted to their Twitter account telling us that a Blackberry app is forthcoming.
They have tweeted this before but since they are talking about again most likely means it will be very soon.
